Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across the UK only.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is £2.95 for orders under £25.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes — we offer FREE UK delivery on all orders over £25.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times may vary depending on the product and time of ordering, but we aim to dispatch most orders same day if ordered before 2pm or next day if ordered after 2pm. Estimated delivery information will be provided at checkout.

Do you offer next day delivery?

Next day delivery is usually available to mainland UK as standard, this will be shown at checkout. Please note that orders placed after cut-off times may be processed the following working day.

Can I track my order?

Yes — tracking information will be sent where applicable once your order has been dispatched.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within the return period stated in our returns policy. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged items so we can help resolve the issue quickly.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We’ll always try to help where possible, but orders may be processed quickly. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

What products do you sell?

We offer stylish party supplies and decorations for birthdays, baby showers, weddings, hen parties, seasonal events, and special celebrations.

Do your colours match the website photos exactly?

We do our best to display products accurately, but colours or designs may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting.

How can I contact customer support?

You can contact us via our website contact form or through our social media pages, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Are your products suitable for children?

Many of our products are suitable for parties involving children, however some items may contain small parts and should be used under adult supervision.

Do you restock sold out items?

Popular items are restocked regularly where possible. Follow us on social media or check back on the website for updates.

Do you send inflated balloons?

We currently only sell balloons deflated, and they will arrive in packaging, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Keep an eye on our news page though as inflated gift balloons will be coming soon!
