We deliver to the whole of the United Kingdom.

How much is postage?

Postage costs £2.95 for all orders under £50. All orders over £50 are eligible for completely free delivery!

I can't find the theme or costume I have in mind, can you help?

We work very closely with only the top party suppliers in the United Kingdom. If there are any specific items or party themes that you are looking for, that are not on our website, please email us on info@thepartyeditcompany.co.uk and we will do our very best to help!

Do you dispatch from the UK?

We are a family run company based in Lincolnshire in the United Kingdom and all of our stock is sent directly from our Lincolnshire based office, hand packed by ourselves.

Return and Refund Policy

Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before purchase..

Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Due to distance selling regulations, orders may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving goods. Goods must be returned in the same condition (i.e. Unopened and unused) for a full refund. Goods must also be received by us within 14 days of informing us of cancellation. Personalised goods are exempt from this policy and may not be returned unless faulty.
If in the unlikely event of faulty goods we must be informed within 30 days of delivery. You may do this by email to info@thepartyeditcompany.co.uk We will then begin the returns process.
Goods may only be returned due to change of mind within the first 14 days from receipt of goods.
Return postage is to paid buyer except when returning faulty goods.
All goods (except faulty goods) must be returned in unused, unopened, saleable condition.
